We don't think Kelvin Hair (LD, OHA, PCAHA, 6'2, 165, 2000 DOB) will make the grade in the WHL at 16 years old, however, for us he's good enough in terms of two way game, physical assertiveness, vision and above average skill set to make it at 17, 18 and become your every day quality, minute munching, hard working contributor of note!
